A Senior Living Community, in Winterville, GA, is looking for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Director to join our team. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and turn over apartments for new residents (painting, repairs, etc.)
- Complete routine maintenance and repairs throughout the building and grounds
- Troubleshoot and fix issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the interior and exterior grounds
- Respond to work orders and emergencies in a timely, professional manner
- Ensure all equipment and systems are in good working condition and compliant with regulations
- Coordinate with outside vendors when necessary
Qualifications:
- Proven maintenance or handyman experience, ideally in a senior living or multi-unit residential setting
- Skilled in general repairs: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a resident-first mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active tasks throughout the day
- Availability for on-call or after-hours emergencies as needed
Preferred:
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality maintenance.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
