Position Summary
We are looking for a talented HVAC Installer to execute professional installations of industrial and commercial climate control systems. Successful applicants will demonstrate deep mechanical expertise, a solid background in heating and cooling, and the capacity to translate complex design plans and schematics into reality. Familiarity with electrical and plumbing components is considered an asset. This position requires a valid driver’s license to facilitate travel to various project locations where you will be responsible for setting up boilers, refrigeration units, air conditioning equipment, and other mechanical systems.
Primary Duties-
Execute HVAC installation projects across diverse commercial construction sites and client facilities.

Install hydronic and copper refrigerant piping using techniques such as soldering, brazing, threading, and pro-pressing.

Manage the full lifecycle of sheet metal ductwork installations from initial rough-in through final completion.

Operate independently on various HVAC equipment setups with minimal supervision to ensure project success.

Help maintain accurate inventory and material records by providing the foreman with necessary supply lists.

Uphold the company’s reputation by acting with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Contribute to team efficiency by meeting strict deadlines within high-pressure work environments.
Required Qualifications-
Minimum of five years of professional experience within the commercial HVAC sector.

Capability to perform precise trade-related mathematical calculations required for equipment placement.

Possession of EPA or OSHA certifications is viewed as a valuable advantage.

Proficiency in interpreting technical submittal sheets, specifications, and blueprints.

Demonstrated skill in utilizing standard construction and HVAC trade tools.

Working knowledge of HVAC control systems and fundamental OSHA safety standards.

Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving history.
Technical Competencies-
Packaged DX cooling and heating units along with split systems.

Geothermal technology.
-
Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems.

Hydronic process systems and cooling/heating loops.

Gas heating units and boilers.
-
HVAC control systems and ventilation hardware.
-
Cooling towers and chillers (preferred).
