Seasonal Server & Bartender – Private Beach Club | Madison, CT
Pay: $25–32 per hour
Madison Beach Club is seeking experienced servers and bartenders to join our team for the 2026 summer season.
Located directly on the Connecticut shoreline, Madison Beach Club is a private members club featuring waterfront dining, craft cocktails, premium spirits, frozen beverages, and a growing wine program. We are looking for reliable, hospitality-driven professionals who enjoy providing exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to club members and guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages (bartenders)
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards
- Maintain clean, organized dining and bar areas
- Assist with stocking, opening, closing, and side work
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
- Work efficiently during high-volume lunch, dinner, and private event service
- Follow all club service standards and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, serving, or bartending experience required
- Bartending experience preferred for bartender applicants
- Wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge is a plus
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Comfortable with the physical aspects of hospitality, including lifting, stocking, and event setup
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Reliable transportation
