Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. At our practice, we believe that excellent healthcare starts with meaningful time spent with patients. We want our Nurse Practitioners to be able to truly connect with patients, listen to their concerns, and provide the thoughtful care they deserve.
The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others. You will be an essential part of our team, supporting patients through preventive care, chronic and acute condition management, patient education, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
We value experience in Medical Weight Loss, IV Hydration, Peptides and Hormone Therapy, and offer opportunities to grow in these specialties.
What You’ll Do
- Take the time to conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical exams and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop and personalize care plans that reflect each patient’s unique needs and goals.
- Safely administer medications and injections with a focus on patient comfort and education.
- Teach and support patients in managing their health, medications, and lifestyle choices.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure comprehensive, seamless care.
- Keep accurate and respectful patient records in line with HIPAA and facility policies.
- Provide care through both in-person and telehealth visits to increase access for patients.
- Support patients in pain management with compassion and evidence-based approaches.
- Participate in quality improvement or research initiatives that benefit patient outcomes.
Skills & Experience We Value
- Comfort working with diverse patient populations
- Knowledge of medical coding, infection control, and safe clinical practices.
- Strong patient assessment, triage, and care coordination skills.
- Excellent communication abilities for building trust and guiding patients through their health journeys.

Base Pay: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour
