HOTWORX Rohnert Park is looking for an enthusiastic Front Desk Sales Associate who thrives in a sales-driven environment, loves building relationships, and enjoys being rewarded for performance.
HOTWORX is a 24/7 infrared fitness studio offering virtually instructed HIIT, yoga, Pilates, cycling, rowing, strength training, and recovery sessions inside patented infrared saunas. Our members love the results—and we're looking for someone who can confidently introduce new people to the HOTWORX experience and help them become members.
If you're someone who enjoys talking with people, is coachable, works well independently, and wants to develop professional sales skills with strong closing skills, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do Sales & Member Experience
- Welcome every guest with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Conduct studio tours and present the HOTWORX membership experience.
- Confidently close membership sales and retail items while helping guests choose the membership that best fits their goals.
- Recommend retail products that enhance the member experience.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, and email.
- Build relationships with prospective and current members to maximize retention and referrals.
Studio Operations
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Clean and sanitize infrared saunas and workout areas throughout each shift.
- Process memberships, retail purchases, and transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Complete opening or closing procedures.
- Assist with daily studio operations to ensure an exceptional member experience.

Sales, retail, hospitality, or fitness experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic.
Schedule & Availability
- Part-time position
- Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays is required
- Shifts may range between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM
- No staffed shifts on Sundays
Compensation & Benefits
- $17.00 per hour
