The Make Ready Specialist is responsible for ensuring vacation rental homes are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guest arrivals. This hands-on role includes property inspections, outdoor upkeep, hot tub and grill service, light maintenance, laundry support, and other tasks needed to maintain Vacay Hill Country's high standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and enjoys working independently while traveling between properties throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Prepare vacation rental homes for guest arrivals
- Service hot tubs and spas
- Clean and test grills
- Exchange propane tanks
- Remove trash and debris
- Blow off porches, patios, and outdoor areas
- Perform light maintenance (filters, bulbs, batteries, etc.)
- Complete property inspections and identify issues
- Wash, fold, sort, and organize linens
- Provide backup housekeeping support as needed
- Assist with new property setup and other assigned tasks
Requirements
- 25+ years old
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable using email and mobile apps
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Schedule
- Full-Time (36–40 hours/week)
- Sundays Required
- Company vehicle provided
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
