Bonito Kitchen, located inside The Hound Lounge on Tunnel Road is seeking a hardworking and reliable Dishwasher to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will ensure our chefs have a constant supply of clean dishes and maintain a spotless, sanitary work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scrape, rinse, and load dirty dishes into the commercial dishwasher.
- Hand-wash large pots, pans, and delicate items.
- Unload the machine and organize clean dishes, utensils, and cookware in their proper places.
- Keep the dish station, floors, and kitchen areas clean and dry.
- Empty trash receptacles and assist with basic kitchen prep when needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50lbs.
- Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from job site
- Weekend night availability
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
