ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Administrative Assistant (Summer Intern) provides general administrative and coordination support to Blackwell, Inc.'s Human Resources and Operations Teams. This role is designed to support daily office functions, assist with documentation and recordkeeping, and help ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. This is a seasonal, full-time position with an expected end date in August 2026, with the potential for continued employment based on company needs and performance.
The Administrative Assistant help keep daily operations running smooth while providing valuable support to HR and Operations. This role offers meaningful exposure to real-world business operations and serves as a potential entry point for future opportunities with Blackwell, Inc.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
This position reports directly to Company Ownership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

Sort and distribute mail and assist with outgoing correspondence

Schedule appointments and support calendar coordination as needed

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources and Operations departments with various coordination efforts

Complete employment verification requests in a timely and accurate manner

Audit new employee profiles for completeness and accuracy

Assist with documentation and recordkeeping, including filing and organization of personnel and operational records

Support special projects as assigned

Perform other general office administrative duties to support overall company operations
WORK SCHEDULE AND DURATION
