```Duties```
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential homes
- Perform complete cut in installations as lead installer.
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure proper installation and operation
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC installer or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of HVAC/R codes, regulations, and safety procedures
- Experience as a service technician or in property maintenance is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
