ENVE Motorsports is seeking an experienced Race Car Mechanic to join our growing USF2000 program.
Previous experience working in high-level open-wheel racing, preferably within the USF2000 / Road to Indy ladder required. The role requires a highly motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced and professional racing environment both at the shop and at the racetrack.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation and maintenance of USF2000 race cars
- Car setup and assembly
- Trackside support during test days and race weekends
- Mechanical inspections and troubleshooting
- Maintaining high standards of organization and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Previous race team experience (USF2000 experience strongly preferred)
- Strong mechanical knowledge of formula cars
- Ability to work weekends and travel for race events
- Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to perform under pressure in competitive environments
Pay subject to experience level
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
