SideGiggs is preparing to launch a healthcare staffing platform built around the professionals who actually work the shifts. We are currently inviting our first 200 healthcare professionals to join as Founding Members.
We know nurses are tired of juggling multiple staffing apps, chasing recruiters, and searching for opportunities that fit their lives. SideGiggs is being designed to make discovering and accepting flexible contract, per-diem, and PRN opportunities simpler, faster, and more transparent—all through one professional profile.
This is an early-access opportunity. SideGiggs has not launched shifts yet, and joining the waitlist does not guarantee an assignment or constitute an immediate offer of employment or contract work. Founding Members will be among the first professionals considered for available opportunities when participating facilities and shifts become available.

Potential Future RN Assignments
Depending on the facility and assignment, RN responsibilities may include:
- Conducting patient assessments
- Administering medications and treatments
- Implementing and updating patient care plans
- Completing accurate clinical documentation
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Providing safe, professional, patient-centered care
- Following all applicable facility policies and clinical procedures
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state where an assignment is accepted
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Additional certifications or specialty credentials when required by a participating facility
- Ability to satisfy applicable background checks, health screenings, and credential-verification requirements
- Commitment to safe, dependable, and compassionate patient care
Schedule and Compensation
Future opportunities may include contract, per-diem, and PRN assignments with flexible scheduling. Compensation will vary based on the participating facility, specialty, experience, shift, credentials, responsibilities, and location. Specific pay rates, assignment terms, and worker classification will be disclosed before a professional accepts an opportunity.
