Liberty Plumbing, in the Phoenix metro area, has 23 years’ experience in the Plumbing industry. We are a licensed, bonded, insured, and family-owned company with big goals. We are looking for personable and motivated individuals to join our growing team. We are looking for an experienced plumber to perform construction and installation work. Promotions are not based on how long you’ve been here – they’re based on performance.
This is an experienced plumber role, W-2, full-time employment, reporting to the jobs directly in the field, not in-person at the office, and working Monday thru Friday.
You will drive your own vehicle to the job sites to start, and if you could lead a crew, a company vehicle would be provided to you.

This position serves customers across the Phoenix area with an approximate 60-mile service area. The client appointments and jobs are scheduled for you. You will be performing any and all of the following:
1. Have 5 to 15+ years of plumbing industry experience
2. Will be handling new construction and remodel work
3. Installing underground piping, rough-in piping in the walls and setting trim
4. Working on jobs like commercial installation of fixtures and remodeling
5. Working on custom homes from the ground up
6. Light to heavy remodels
7. Running gas lines
8. Helping the service team with installing water heaters and water softeners
9. Maintain accurate service notes and taking pictures
Providing 5-star service is our motto, and the ideal candidate has a minimum of 5+ years of direct knowledge of the above-mentioned responsibilities, people skills, and a proven ability to grow business through exceptional service and relationship building.

Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License with a Clean Driving Record
Pass a Background Check & Pass a Drug Screening (THC included)
Good Communication and Customer Service Skills
Friendly, Well-Groomed, & Professional (We Represent Quality!)
Mechanically Inclined – You Like Working with Your Hands and have some tools
Five (5+) years of plumbing experience is wanted
Ability to lift 50+ pounds, Climb Ladders, and use Basic Tools
Comfortable using a Computer Tablet with navigation apps and Google tools
Great Attitude, Strong Work Ethic, and Eager to Learn
High School diploma or equivalent
