Purpose and Scope:
The Sage Client Support Specialist is responsible for actively supporting the day-to-day logistical activities of assigned accounts for our enterprise customers. This position has the responsibility of coordinating customer activity with cross-functional Sage teams as well as with external audiences. Answering real-time questions, handling live chats, inbound phone calls, and e-mail are key to this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate with customers via email in a timely and professional manner as directed by Account Managers and management, ensuring accurate information and consistent service delivery.
Enter recovery requests into designated systems, track progress, and follow up with internal and external parties to ensure timely resolution.
Perform basic parcel support functions, including reviewing shipment details, supporting issue resolution, and coordinating with relevant departments to maintain service quality.
Assist Account Managers with assigned tasks such as data entry, document preparation, reporting, research, and customer follow‑up.
Provide operational and administrative support to the logistics team, including task coordination, documentation updates, and execution of assigned responsibilities.
Provide basic administrative support for assigned accounts, including record maintenance, communication support, and ensuring data accuracy within internal systems.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments, participating in joint problem-solving, workflow coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Follow established company policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure consistency and quality in all work.
Required Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required.
1–2 years of administrative, customer service, logistics support, or office support experience preferred.
Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and intermediate Excel is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Engage in continuous improvement by identifying workflow opportunities and supporting process enhancements.
Provide accurate updates and basic reporting on account activities, customer issues, or operational metrics as requested.
Participate in discussions, provide constructive feedback, and support team decision-making.
Show adaptability and resilience when navigating shifting priorities, workflow changes, or customer issues.
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities that enhance team efficiency and service quality.
