Qualifications of Embroidery Machine Operator:
- 3 Years of Embroidery Sewing/Commercial Machine Operation, Textile MFG Equipment or Similar exp required
- Basic Computer Skills required
- Embroidery File Setup / Programming experience preferred

Responsibilities of Embroidery Machine Operator:
- This role involves operating commercial embroidery machines to produce custom embroidered apparel and promotional products
- Responsibilities include setting up and operating embroidery equipment, hooping garments, loading embroidery files and thread colors, etc.
- Additional duties include monitoring production, performing quality inspections, troubleshooting minor machine issues, and preparing finished products for packaging
- Projects primarily include logos, uniforms, polos, jackets, hats, bags, team apparel, and other branded merchandise for corporate, retail, healthcare, hospitality, athletic, and promotional clients
