Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management to ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise and train team members on food handling, safety protocols, POS systems and customer service standards.
- Manage inventory control, food production, and kitchen management to optimize costs and minimize waste.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, shift management, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Conduct staff interviews, training & development sessions, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and skilled team.
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies for increased profitability.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, fine dining or casual dining experience quality, catering services, or banquet operations as applicable.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or hospitality environments with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong background in food industry practices including food preparation, cooking techniques, food safety management, and food handling.
- Extensive experience with POS systems; cash handling expertise essential.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing hospitality teams, including training & development and team leadership.
- Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food management strategies.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally.
- Previous experience in restaurant management with a focus on shift management, kitchen experience, catering or bar experience preferred.
- Hospitality management certification or equivalent experience in hotel or casual dining settings is advantageous.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
