Position Overview
As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchase process, from initial consultation to final delivery, while providing a transparent, respectful, and customer-focused experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Present vehicle features, options, and financing solutions clearly and accurately
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships before and after the sale
- Follow dealership sales processes and compliance standards
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service mindset with a professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a performance-based environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Applicants will be required to pass an extensive background check
- Prior automotive sales experience is preferred but not required—we provide training
