Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented House Cleaner / Home Assistant to help maintain personal residences, Airbnb properties, and long-term rental units. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating clean, organized, and welcoming spaces and is comfortable taking on a variety of household support tasks.
Duties
- Perform regular cleaning for private homes, Airbnb turnovers, and long-term rental deep cleans
- Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and common spaces
- Change linens, make beds, and refresh spaces for guests or residents
- Wash, dry, fold, and put away laundry as needed
- Organize closets, cupboards, storage areas, garages, basements, and other household spaces
- Assist with errands and basic shopping as needed
- Help manage household supplies and inventory
- Restock cleaning products, toiletries, paper goods, and other needed items
- Use green, natural, and eco-friendly cleaning products whenever possible
- Trash and recycling management
- Light kitchen reset, including unloading dishwashers, wiping appliances, and tidying pantry or refrigerator areas
- Water indoor plants or assist with light plant care as needed
- Help with pet-related tidying, such as cleaning pet areas or removing pet hair
- Sort donation items and assist with drop-offs when needed
- Bring in mail and packages and help keep entry areas organized
- Report maintenance and repair issues, damages, or supply needs
- Assist with light property management tasks as assigned
- Clean and organize fridge and prep product.
- Help prepare homes for guest check-ins, tenant move-ins, photo shoots, or seasonal resets
- Help open-up/show properties to prospective tenants/guests and vendors.
Requirements
- Prior professional cleaning experience required
- Experience with residential cleaning and/or short-term rental turnovers preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Comfortable handling a variety of household tasks
- Physically able to perform cleaning and organizing duties
- Knowledge of green cleaning methods and products preferred
- Have a reliable vehicle and drivers license.
Schedule:
3-4 Days a week, 10am to 3pm (could be slightly flexible - for example 9:30-2:30, etc).

The ideal candidate is proactive, very detail oriented, organized, and takes initiative. You enjoy making homes feel clean, calm, and well-managed, and you are able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly, professional attitude.
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
