About Achievement Behavior Services (ABS):
Founded in 2015 by a team of dedicated BCBAs and LCSWs, Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) has proudly supported children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families for over a decade. We provide direct, in-home and in-school ABA therapy, helping children build communication, adaptability, resilience, and independence.
Competitive hourly rate: $22–$32/hour (based on qualifications & credentials)
Flexible part-time schedules: after school and some weekends
Work directly with and receive supervision from experienced BCBAs
Opportunities to pursue Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Ongoing training, mentorship, and career development
As a Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist), you will work 1:1 with a child implementing an individualized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) created by a BCBA. You’ll help foster skill development, encourage positive behaviors, and track progress through structured ABA techniques.
Build rapport and engage students in structured, goal-focused activities
Implement ABA strategies (prompting, modeling, redirection, reinforcement, DTT)
Collect session data and document progress notes accurately
Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and team members
Follow clinical guidance and feedback from BCBA supervisors
Education in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
Preferred: Active RBT certification (not required — training provided)
Experience working with children, especially with autism/developmental needs
Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
Compassionate and adaptable under various situations
4 y/o Female –
- Mon & Tue 3:00–5:30 PM (September start: 2:30–5:30 PM)
- Saturday 9:00 AM–12:00 PM or 1:00–4:00 PM (optional)
- Mix of home sessions and school-based sessions
