Looking for a qualified installation tech with 1-3 years in the window covering industry. Starting pay is from $24 to $28 an hour for those with a window coverings background. Starting pay for individuals with no experience is $20 an hour. If you are mechanically inclined, passionate about exceeding customer expectations, and have a minimum of 1-3 years in the window covering industry or little to none, we want you on our East Valley Installation Team! What You'll Do:
- Install blinds, shutters, shades, and draperies in customer homes across Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, San Tan Valley, and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality installations.

Who We're Looking For:
- Prior or current window covering experience (1-3 years minimum)
- Mechanically inclined with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for exceeding expectations.
- A strong work ethic, dedication to quality, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with construction or trades a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
