Saladelia Café & Catering is seeking an experienced and passionate Front of House Manager to join our leadership team. As a locally owned café and catering company, we have built our reputation on exceptional food, specialty coffee, genuine hospitality, and a commitment to our community.

We're looking for a hands-on hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and leads with positivity, accountability, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable coaching employees, managing operations, and jumping behind the espresso bar to support the team when needed.
What You'll Do
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and motivate Front of House team members and baristas
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented workplace culture
- Train and develop employees to uphold Saladelia hospitality and service standards
- Provide consistent feedback, accountability, and performance support
Operations Management
- Oversee all Front of House daily operations
- Create and manage weekly schedules while maintaining labor goals
- Ensure all opening, closing, and operational procedures are completed accurately
- Maintain café cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence
- Assist with FOH inventory management, ordering, and product organization
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively
- Lead by example in customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail
Business Support
- Partner with ownership and leadership to achieve operational goals
- Foster strong communication between Front and Back of House teams
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of restaurant, café, coffee shop, or fast-casual management experience
- 2+ years of barista experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Reliable, professional, and team-focused
Preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience in specialty coffee, catering, or hospitality operations
- Food Safety Certification
