Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist & Social Media Assistant (Bilingual Preferred)

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00+ per hour (Starting pay reflects your skill set—bilingual abilities or social media expertise will place you at the top of the pay scale!)
About Us:
We are a professional, clean, and upscale therapeutic massage and wellness center dedicated to providing high-quality relaxation services to our local community. We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, and organized Front Desk Receptionist & Social Media Assistant to join our team. This is initially a part-time role, but we offer a clear and reliable path to transition into a Full-time position based on performance and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience & Operations (70%): Warmly greet clients, manage the booking calendar, answer phone calls, process payments, and ensure the reception area remains tidy and professional.
- Social Media & Content (30%): Capture aesthetic photos and short videos (TikTok/Instagram Reels) of the spa environment, services, and behind-the-scenes. Help post updates and create simple, visually appealing graphics (e.g., using Canva) for monthly specials.
Requirements (基本要求):
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
- A natural people-person with a positive attitude, good aesthetic sense, and an interest in wellness/lifestyle trends.
- Basic computer skills (experience with scheduling software is a plus).
- Reliable, punctual, and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- No prior reception experience required – we provide full professional training!
