Mr. Handyman of Greater Sioux Falls is seeking a skilled Handyman/Craftsman who is passionate about residential repair, remodeling, and delivering high-quality workmanship. The Handyman/Craftsman role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across multiple trades, and providing exceptional customer service while completing home improvement projects.
As a Handyman/Craftsman, you will perform a variety of residential maintenance, repair, and remodeling tasks including carpentry, drywall repair, minor plumbing, light electrical work, and general home maintenance. The Handyman/Craftsman will work directly with homeowners, diagnose issues, estimate repairs, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high professional standard.

Responsibilities
- Perform commercial and residential repairs, maintenance, and remodeling projects
- Diagnose repair issues and provide repair estimates
- Complete work across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing, and basic electrical
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding project scope and expectations
- Deliver high-quality craftsmanship and professional service
- Safely use ladders and tools while working on homes up to two stories
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
- Utilize mobile technology for scheduling and project updates
Skills & Requirements
- Ability to complete quality work across multiple trades
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must own tools required to perform multiple trade services
- Comfortable working on ladders and multi-level homes
- 5+ years of residential remodeling, maintenance, or trade industry experience (10+ years preferred)
- Experience using mobile technology or tablets for job management is a strong plus

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
