The Set – Los Feliz is seeking a motivated and dependable Cashier / Management Trainee to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals with cashiering or customer service experience who are eager to build a long-term career in retail and leadership.

No cannabis experience is required—training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Accurately process transactions using the POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Assist with product organization, merchandising, and displays
- Follow company policies and compliance procedures
- Support daily store operations and team workflow
- Learn inventory management and operational procedures
- Develop leadership skills through hands-on training and mentorship
Qualifications
Required:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous cashiering, retail, or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred:
- Cannabis industry experience (not required)
- Retail, hospitality, or sales experience
- Interest in leadership and management
- Desire to grow within the company long-term
