Part-Time Barista – Job Overview
We’re looking for an experienced, friendly, and reliable Barista to join our team part-time. In this role, you’ll craft high-quality coffee and tea beverages, provide warm and attentive customer service, and help maintain a smooth flow in the café. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar, equipment, and seating areas.
- Restock supplies such as cups, lids, milk, and syrups during your shift.
- Follow all food safety standards, health regulations, and store policies.
- Support teammates as needed to ensure smooth, efficient shifts.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience is required — you should already be comfortable making espresso drinks and working in a café setting.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while staying friendly and focused.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems (Square experience a plus).
- Flexibility to work part-time, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
