Job Description: Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Location: North Everett
Hours: Part-time, approximately 35 to 40 hours per week
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Position Summary:
Global Spirits & Wine is seeking a professional, reliable, and hard-working individual to join our team as a part-time Warehouse Associate. This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations within our warehouse, supporting order fulfillment, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment:
- Accurately pull orders using invoices.
- Prepare orders based on the driver schedule for timely delivery.
- Inventory Management:
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- Report any discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor.
- Responsible for inventory accuracy.
- Warehouse Maintenance:
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Ensure products are stored properly and labeled accurately.
- Customer Delivery:
- Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
- Maintain proper handling and care of all products during transport.
- Equipment Operation:
- Safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, electrical pallet jacks, and walk-behind lifts.
- Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, electrical pallet jacks, and walk-behind lifts (certification is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Must maintain a drug-free workplace and adhere to company policies.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
