We are seeking an
Accounts Payable Specialist for immediate hire to
join our Bensalem, PA team. This position requires a person that can multi-task, be well organized, and be able to effectively communicate with our vendors and management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES-
Assist the accounts payable department
-
Reconcile vendor receiving discrepancies, shortages, breakage
-
Accounts payable processing
-
Review vendor invoices and apply to proper jobs
-
Maintain general filing systems
REQUIREMENTS-
Strong work ethic and an initiative-taking attitude
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and comfortable learning latest programs
-
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and pressure.

Strong communication and phone skills
-
1-3 years of accounting experience preferred.

High School diploma or equivalency
