Benefits & Compensation Details
- Probationary Period: Standard benefit eligibility begins following a 3-month probation period.
- Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance eligibility opens after 3 months of employment.
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 80 hours (10 days) per year. Accrual begins immediately on your start date per pay period, and accrued PTO is available for use after completing 3 months of employment.

Role Summary
We are seeking a polished, high-level Executive Administrative Assistant 4 to provide dedicated administrative support to the Vice President of HR and the broader HR organization at Samsung Electronics in Plano, TX. This position serves as a central communication manager for executive scheduling, travel arrangements, department expense tracking, and benefits administration support. The ideal candidate will maintain immaculate professionalism, high confidentiality with sensitive employee data, and proactive calendar management capabilities in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
- VP of HR & Calendar Oversight: Manage complex executive schedules, resolve calendar conflicts proactively, set up meeting arrangements, and ensure leadership stays on track daily.
- HR Operations & Administrative Support: Support general HR team functions, process travel/expense submissions, handle IT access requests, and assist with staff onboarding and offboarding workflows.
- Travel & Document Control: Prepare, review, and archive confidential HR documents, invoices, reports, and financial statements; coordinate comprehensive domestic/international travel logistics.
- Department Event & Office Coordination: Plan and execute corporate events, board meetings, catering, and seating charts; manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and basic bookkeeping.
- Cross-Divisional Liaison: Build strong networks with administrative teams across divisions, update organizational charts, and resolve routine IT/facility operational inquiries.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or Associate degree with equivalent high-level corporate executive support experience).
- Experience: 2+ years of corporate experience required (8–10 years of progressive administrative experience supporting HR executives strongly preferred).
- Language Skills: Fluent oral and written English required; bilingual proficiency in Korean is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with benefits administration, travel/expense portals, and HR workflows.
