Responsibilities

- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress in literacy, math, and other developmental areas.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve classroom strategies.
- Provide early intervention support for children who may need additional assistance.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Engage children in interactive activities that promote social skills, creativity, and critical thinking.
Experience
- Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles is essential.
- Familiarity with lesson planning and early intervention techniques is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
- Experience in teaching literacy education and math concepts to young children is a plus.
- A background in classroom management techniques will be beneficial.
