Role Overview:
As a Certified Home Health Aide at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our clinical team to create personalized care plans that suit each client’s unique needs. Whether you work Full-Time or Part-Time, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.

Monitoring client health and reporting changes to the clinical team.

Building meaningful relationships with clients through compassionate interaction.

Following personalized care plans and documenting care provided.

Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving skills.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or equivalent.

Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Demonstrated compassion and a commitment to client care.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in partnership with clients and families.
Bonus If You:
- Have previous experience in home care or a related field.

Possess additional certifications in first aid or CPR.

Are bilingual, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is available as Full-Time or Part-Time, with flexible availability from Monday through Sunday.
Location:
This position is on-site only and located in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
