What You’ll Do:
As a Production Technician, you'll receive hands-on training to assemble lapidary machines using small power tools. You’ll be an essential part of a supportive team focused on quality, precision, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
- Assemble machine parts and components for various products while meeting quality and productivity standards
- Rotate between different tasks based on production needs
- Conduct quality checks on all assembled parts and products
- Prepare and paint seasonal commercial diamond abrasive discs while following established quality standards and production procedures. Additional duties will include set-up and breakdown of this painting process. (Will be exposed to painting fumes)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Contribute to a team-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to evolving production needs and organizational changes
- Support additional production tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs
- High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player

What We Offer:
- Full-Time, First Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM – No weekends!
- Starting Pay: $19/hour
