Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Human Resources/Employee Relations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will drive employee engagement, manage HR processes, and support organizational development initiatives. Your proactive approach will help foster a positive workplace environment while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels and coordinating interview processes
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new hires
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment
- Support performance management initiatives through employee evaluation processes and feedback sessions
- Administer benefits programs, including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), and other HR benefits
- Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data accuracy and generate reports using Excel data analysis tools
- Assist with compliance management related to employment law, affirmative action planning, and HR legal requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR department functions such as human capital management, workforce management, and organizational design. PHR or SPHR Certification preferred, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, and regulatory standards like FMLA
- Skilled in project management, strategic planning, and talent management strategies including succession planning and training & development
- Excellent communication skills to effectively handle conflict management and employee engagement initiatives
- Demonstrated ability in data collection, data entry, and benefits administration
- Administrative experience supporting HR sourcing activities and social media management for employer branding

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
