HIRING ASAP - Temp Labor Staff for Minneapolis Event
Assist Marketing is looking for reliable and hardworking Production/Labor Staff to support our team in Minneapolis, MN!
Pay:
Production Staff: $27/hr (W-2 Agency)
Dates/Times:
Monday, June 15: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday, June 18th: 3:30pm - 9:30pm
Additional Labor Shifts available: June 22nd & June 25th
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with full event setup and teardown
- Lay flooring, set up walls and poles, and help assemble snack areas on and off trucks
- Support on-site operational needs as directed
- Help ensure the event footprint is built correctly and efficiently
Key Labor Requirements
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move materials 50+ lbs unassisted.
- Note that this involves active load-in/load-out (crates, materials, equipment), not light setup
- Experience or familiarity with full event builds
- Use basic tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and hammers with confidence
- Safely climb up and down an 8 ft ladder as needed
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential issues
- Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
- Maintain a professional, positive attitude on-site

Assist Marketing is W-2 agency. We pay no less than $25.00/hour for all events. If you are considered as a candidate for the event, you will be contacted directly via email or phone to discuss event details, the pay rates and to schedule a video interview. Dates and hours vary per event; hired staff can expect a 5-hour minimum (activation days only) per event.
Pay: $27.00 per hour
