A s a Rackspace Network Security Engineer II, you’l l be a key element within our support infrastructure team and expected to provide a high leve l of technical support to our customers. You’l l own complex customer issues and keep our customers updated through every step of the process. You’l l be supporting many elements of the RackspaceClou d product portfolio. You’l l create and maintai n customer loyalty by providing a fanatica l experience above and beyon d customer expectations.
· If located near a Rackspace office, you’ll work a hybrid schedule… 2 days in the office and three days remote.
· If not located near an office, you may work 100% remotely.
Experience with designing secure network architectures, identity and access management principles, application security, encryption technologies, DNS, SOA, database and web applications.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The compensation range for this position ranges from $71,997.00/year in our lowest geographic market up to 105,595.60 USD/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
