Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial transactions
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain quality food production and presentation
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of food service operations, including cooking techniques, inventory control, and food safety regulations
- Experience in cash handling and financial management
- Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
