Minimum Job Requirements:

Job Overview:
This position is responsible for the maintenance, preventive maintenance and cleanliness of the 110,000 sq. ft facility. Major areas include HVAC, fire and safety systems, Major electrical and plumbing, refrigeration, roof and building shell, elevator and telephone systems. This position oversees the Environmental Services department and all vendors required to upkeep the cleanliness of the entire center. Responsible for developing and adhereing to a budget for assigned area. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean environment conducive to membership sales and retention, tenant leasing retention, and in alignment with Safety and Risk Management requirements and policies designed and followed by TriHealth.

Responsible for all facility inspections on above functions to assure a safe facility in accordance with all local, state, federal, JCAHO and TriHealth rules and regulations.

Proactive identification and management of issues at the center to mitigate staff and member initiated work orders.

Responsible for the cleanliness of the facility including recruiting, hiring,training, supervising, evaluating all environmental staff, light duty employees and temp agency env. helpers and overseeing all entities of the Night cleaning and all cleaning ve

Supervise all facility security processes including fire alarm,fire exits, fire extinguishers systems and building emergency processes. Serve as liaison with TriHealth Security and Montgomery Police/Fire Depts.

Responsible for reporting monthly, quarterly and annually on all building issues to GM by the 10th of every month. Complete paperwork and management requests within specified time frames being responsive to sensitive deadlines.
