About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to support the operation, repair, and preventive maintenance of facility equipment and systems. This role is ideal for a hands-on candidate who enjoys troubleshooting issues, ensuring equipment reliability, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
What You'll Do:
Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility equipment and systems within area of expertise.
Complete preventive maintenance assignments and routine inspections according to established schedules.
Respond to service calls and perform diagnostic evaluations to identify and resolve equipment issues.
Maintain accurate work orders, inventory records, and documentation for materials, parts, and completed repairs.
Follow company policies and safety procedures while maintaining organized workspaces and supporting operational efficiency.

What You'll Bring:

High school or trade school diploma
What Sets You Apart:

Exposure to construction such as electrical, plumbing, woodwork, etc.

Working knowledge of building codes, OSHA requirements, and knowledge of safe working techniques and procedures
