Elera Strategic Partners is looking for a motivated Entry Level Account Manager to join our growing AT&T campaign. As an Entry Level Account Manager, you'll work directly with residential customers, introducing AT&T wireless, fiber internet, and home connectivity services while helping customers compare plans, understand available promotions, and complete their account enrollments. What You'll Be Doing
- Represent AT&T by introducing wireless, fiber internet, and home connectivity products to residential customers
- Build trust with customers by understanding their communication and connectivity needs
- Explain plans, pricing, promotions, and available service options in a clear, professional manner
- Assist customers with new account enrollments, account activations, service upgrades, and account changes
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate customer information, enrollment records, and account documentation
- Support customer retention by providing a positive, relationship-focused experience
- Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Account Managers and leadership to achieve customer acquisition and sales goals
- Continue expanding your knowledge of AT&T products through ongoing training and professional development

Pay: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
