We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team at a full service restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage service
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Manage inventory and place orders as necessary
- Assist in training new employees on company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service management or a related field
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively
- Basic budgeting skills to manage shift expenses efficiently
