Full Time Behavior Technician (Lacey and Tumwater)
A Locally owned ABA clinic in Hawks Prairie and Tumwater has openings for Certified Behavior Technicians.
We are looking for kind and engaging applicants to work with children on the Autism Spectrum, helping them gain life-changing skills using Applied Behavior Analysis. Our clinic values kind and compassionate care, assent based practices, and working with all providers for an interdisciplinary approach. We are looking for CBT's or RBT's , who are interested in a career in the field of ABA and want to growing their skills and education level.
We offer highly competitive pay of $20- $25 an hour, full time medical and dental benefits, on-going training, a great work environment, and a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
Behavior Technician duties include: Working with clients 1 on 1 to gain meaningful skills and to track their progress with accurate data taking, and program document updating. To talk with parents about your client's daily progress, collaborate with the care team including other CBT's and BCBAs to keep up with fast paced instruction and teaching in the natural environment, to manage behavior intervention plans with compassion, to continually learn new skills and take constructive feedback, to set up before a session, and to maintain documentation on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Needed:
A high school diploma, 40 hour training, certify with the state of Washington (CBT), have your CPR certification. Enjoy working with children.

Desired:
Working on or having a BA and having related experience in psychology, childcare, healthcare, worked with neuro-divergent or disabled populations.
Hours:
Clinic is open 9-6 PM Monday - Friday
