This position will assist management in all aspects of daily operations at one of our 12 locations including profitability, scheduling, labor, regulatory compliance and special projects as assigned, as well as lead and develops front of house employees. All FOH Rhino Hospitality Group positions require ensuring a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers at all times. All positions must be performed in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures. All positions must strive to adherence to all applicable health and safety regulations including Food Safety and regulatory duties required in the restaurant.
This position will be based between at least one of our Downtown locations (Arco, Chive Sea Bar, Coco & Moss, Fire Street Food, Flock to the Wok & Peacock Lounge, Flying Monk, Le Banh, Little Duck Diner, Madame Butterfly, The Vault Kitchen).
Responsibilities:
- Fosters and encourages a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.

- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Provide upper management with weekly reports on restaurant operations.
- Demonstrates advanced product knowledge and develops / maintains awareness of new products.
- Validate voids/comps throughout the day.
- Lead and assist in restaurant deep cleans.

Qualifications:
- 12+ months food and beverage experience required.
- 6+ months of supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with Toast POS system not required, but a plus.
- A vehicle & valid drivers license are required for this position.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be comfortable standing/walking for 8+ hours straight.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
