About the Role
As an Aircraft Electrical Systems Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational integrity and mission readiness of advanced aviation platforms. You will utilize your technical expertise in wiring, diagnostics, and system integration to maintain high-performance aircraft electrical systems.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex electrical modifications and wiring harness installations to meet rigorous aerospace engineering standards.

Perform precise connector terminations, including shielded, coaxial, and fiber optic cabling to ensure optimal signal integrity.

Interpret technical orders, blueprints, and process specifications to guide maintenance and upgrade activities.

Diagnose and resolve malfunctions within aircraft electrical and environmental systems through systematic troubleshooting.

Conduct comprehensive bench and flight-line testing to verify system performance and quality compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline maintenance workflows and achieve production milestones.

Maintain a safe, organized workspace while adhering to strict safety protocols and hazardous energy control procedures.
Qualifications-
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

4+ years of hands-on experience in aircraft electrical maintenance or modification.

Deep understanding of electrical and electronic theory as applied to aerospace systems.

Proven ability to interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings.

Strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational reliability.

Experience working in depot-level or heavy aircraft modification environments.

Proficiency in operating specialized ground support or lifting equipment.

Demonstrated ability to mentor junior technicians and lead small teams.

Familiarity with Lock Out-Tag Out (LOTO) and hazardous energy safety standards.
