Royal Buick GMC is looking for an individual to join our team as a full time Service Advisor for our evening shift.
***THIS SHIFT IS A FOUR DAY WORK WEEK OF FOUR TEN HOUR SHIFTS.
***MONDAY - THURSDAY 2PM- 1 AM (HOUR BREAK)
EVERY FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY OFF
Applicants must exhibit strong administrative and communication skills, and have previous experience in the automotive and customer service industry. This person will assist the other service advisors and customers in areas that include, but are not limited to:
- Writing repair orders for general maintenance and repairs
- Writing repair orders for internal vehicles
- Providing accurate quotes and information about repairs to customers
- Preparing courtesy transportation contracts and assisting with loaner vehicles
- Assisting with phone calls and appointment setting
- Communicating with customers and other departments regarding vehicle status updates
- Fulfilling part quotes and determining cost and availability
- Providing guests with an exceptional friendly experience!
This person must work well with others in a team environment and exhibit a positive friendly attitude. Compensation will be based off of productivity, efficiency, and experience. Top performers earning upwards of $175,000 annually. As we grow, so do you!
