Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced PMO Lead PMO Manager to drive project intake planning governance tracking reporting and stakeholder coordination across digital web operations This role will support endtoend delivery management for web and content initiatives including intake triage tiering Site PM coordination governance reviews backlog tracking reporting and closure management The scope also includes request management documentation lifecycle tracking cross functional coordination review cycles KPI reporting and task tracking
Key Responsibilities
Monitor endtoend delivery across AEM web development component engineering and AI automation initiatives ensuring visibility into milestones UAT progress and deployment readiness
Track backlog timelines dependencies blockers escalations and ensure action items and stakeholder feedback are driven to closure
Own program reporting cadence weekly status reports dashboards executive summaries consolidating updates from engineering content QA and business teams to provide accurate visibility into progress risks and milestones
Serve as the central point of contact for cross functional stakeholders ensuring alignment across engineering marketing and program management teams
Maintain structured documentation and reporting artifacts to support decision making and operational transparency
Required Skills
Strong PMO project management experience in digital web CMS AEM or marketing operations projects
Experience managing multiple parallel requests stakeholders and delivery timelines
Strong governance reporting risk management and escalation handling skills
Ability to build and manage dashboards status reports trackers and executive summaries
Strong communication and coordination skills across business engineering QA and operations teams
Experience with tools such as Workfront Azure DevOps Jira Excel Power BI SharePoint Teams
Strong attention to detail in tracking deliverables approvals dependencies and closure items
Ability to work with onsite and offshore teams in a structured delivery model
Preferred Skills
Experience in web operations content operations AEM WordPress or digital platform delivery
Familiarity with SLAKPI reporting and service delivery governance
Experience supporting Microsoft or other enterprise scale delivery environments
Basic understanding of release planning QA gates localization handoff and web publishing lifecycle
Experience in process improvement automation or AI assisted reporting

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits
Compensation range: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
