Role: Director of Financial Reporting
Compensation: $145k - $160k + 15% bonus

What We're Looking For

10+ years of Accounting/Finance experience

5+ years of SEC reporting experience
-
Proven ownership of SEC reporting and public company filings

Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing 10-Ks and 10-Qs

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA strongly preferred
-
P&C Insurance experience (auto insurance or other property & casualty carriers)
The Ideal Candidate
We're seeking someone who can independently own the entire SEC reporting process while serving as a technical accounting resource to leadership. The strongest candidates will bring a combination of:

Team of 6 individuals (2 fully remote)
