Bickimer Homes has an immediate opening for an Assistant Construction Manager.
This is an entry level position and is designed to introduce someone to home building. The ability for upward movement within the company exists for those who put in the required effort and are able to show initiative and the ability to critically think.
This is a position that has a wide range of responsibilities as designated by Project Managers and other Bickimer Leadership.
Duties may include:
Maintaining model homes - ensuring that they are clean, light bulbs are operable, and homes present to Builder's standards.
Maintaining inventory homes - ensuring that they are clean, light bulbs are operable, and homes present to Builder's standards.
Maintain jobsite cleanliness, safety, and organization to OSHA standards, including managing stormwater protection and site erosion control.Sweeping out houses if needed.
Organizing yards and maintaining weeds.
Moving/Organizing furniture.
Assist with pre-construction, pre-drywall, and pre-closing homeowner meetings, as well as assisting in post-closing warranty service items.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
Experience isn't necessary but preferred.
Pay is commensurate with experience.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
