Receives instructions from Leads

Operates under supervision

Support for different departments, clicking, tapping, trimming, and packing

Operate drill presses and grinders
-
Assist with other departments as necessary
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Ability to work with a variety of warehouse/manufacturing tools
-
Basic math knowledge which includes the use of measuring tools

Effective verbal and written communication skills
-
Creative problem-solving skills
-
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
-
Proven organizational skills
-
Ability to prioritize and work independently
Requirements:
Working Conditions
-
Able to push, carry, lift, and move materials up to 40 pounds.

Ability to work while walking/standing for extended periods of time
-
Able to walk across a production facility.
Work Environment

Typical production environment.
-
Willing and able to work additional hours as needed to ensure responsibilities are met.
Minimum Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or equivalent
-
5 years of experience in a warehouse environment
-
Familiar with power tools and hand tools
-
Experience with standard inspection equipment
-
Forklift certification a plus
-
Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
