Location: Michigan City, IN 46360
Compensation: $55,000 - $85,000 per year
Role Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including financial performance, staff development, and operational efficiency. You will report directly to the Ownership Team and play a critical role in driving our brand's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage all staff members to maintain a high-performance, positive work environment.
- Oversee daily operations, including service execution, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and drive profitability.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as maintaining HR documentation and input for weekly payroll.
- Actively manage the restaurant's reputation, including handling guest responses and reviews.
Qualifications:
- Must have 5 years General Management experience
- Proven track record of success as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong P&L management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
