Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Team Member to join our Toastique Pinecrest team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment, takes pride in cleanliness and organization, and loves providing outstanding customer service. Team Members play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while supporting daily café operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive customer service
- Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently
- Prepare menu items including gourmet toast, smoothies, and fresh-pressed juices according to brand standards
- Assist with kitchen prep, including ingredient preparation and stocking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front and back of house
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail
- Willingness to learn and follow recipes and procedures
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
- Previous café, food service, or POS experience is a plus (but not required)
