Job Overview
We are actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our dynamic caregiving team. Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using patient transfer methods and equipment like Hoyer lifts
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
- Support clients with dementia or Alzheimer's care, memory care, hospice needs, and end-of-life assistance with compassion and professionalism.
- Assist with meal preparation, light cleaning, laundry, and other household tasks to promote a safe and comfortable environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure personalized care plans are followed and needs are met.
Requirements
- Level 2 background check
- All required APD iConnect trainings

- Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
- Requirements for all Waiver Providers (a/k/a Overview of APD Waiver Requirements)
- Valid certification as a CNA or HHA with current licensing or registration as required by state law.
- Experience working with geriatric patients, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring dementia or Alzheimer's care is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate patient transfer equipment such as Hoyer lifts.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams while maintaining patient confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
