Job Summary:
We are seeking a caring and dedicated part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on our PM shift (3PM-11PM) and/or NOC shift (11PM-7AM). As a CNA at Valley Village Care Center, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, assist with activities of daily living, and promote quality services within company, state, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living to include bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans
Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments
Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor
Promote quality services within company, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications:
Current CA nursing assistant certification
Current CPR and first aid certifications a plus
Minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, or in-patient rehabilitation or in-patient behavioral health setting
